The Berry Tea Shop is our partner in developing two signature blends of tea, something special and unique, to put in every Linnaeus Collection property. Spring is here! And at this time of year, there are things on our calendar that are staples – the obligatory spring clean, planning a break away and booking in long, lazy lunches and chilled dinner parties with family and friends. We’ve found the perfect complement to the season –Therese’s Lemon Possets Brûlée which she describes as a lemony, creamy dream made with just 3 ingredients and 15 minutes prep time. Yes please.

And the Gold goes to Berry! It was voted the Top Small Tourism Town in the NSW Top Town Awards for the second year in a row and later this year will represent NSW in Australia’s Top Tourism Town awards.

We can get pretty obsessive about lots of stuff, from fashion to a must-cook recipe, beautiful pottery and plump, plump cushions, unique pieces that make a room pop, or furniture that invites you to lounge, unwind and chill for a bit.

We actually love a lot, and from time to time, we’d love to share that with you. We hope you enjoy it as much as we do.

With 9 acres to play with, working with the right landscaper was critical to developing the property in a way that respects the Linnaeus ethos.
